EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Doesn’t fit, want a different color, or simply don’t like it? Don’t worry, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to serve you better.
Timeframe For Returns And Exchanges: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria: For an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging and tags (if applicable). Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for refund or exchange.
On-Sale/Discount Code Purchases: Items purchased using a discount code or on sale are eligible for refund or exchange:
- Items returned for refund will be refunded the invoiced amount which may or may not include discounted pricing.
- Items returned for exchange will be refunded for the invoiced amount which may or may not include discounted pricing. You will receive a single-use discount code by email to be used for replacement purchases if your original purchase was made using a discount code.
Eligibility Of Items For Exchange Or Return
- Batting Gloves: Eligible for exchange and returns.
- Closeouts: Final Sale - not eligible for exchange and returns.
Refund Details: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was received during the original purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return And Exchange Eligibility: Please note your refund request might be rejected or reversed if the returned items do not meet the stated return or exchange eligibility criteria.
